1840. William and Elizabeth, both minors, were married 7 Sep 1840 at St.James Westminster, Middlesex. The address of bride and groom is recorded as Wardour St, St.James. They had 6 children, all baptised at All Souls, St.Marylebone. At the time of his marriage William was a brass worker.
1845. On 25 Oct the partnership between brass manufacturers Henry Tilbury, Robert Tilbury and William Tilbury, of Cleveland St, St.Pancras, had been dissolved.
1851. The census shows William (28) and Elizabeth (20?) living at ?Norter Street in Marylebone. William was a Brassmaker Master of 2 men. With them were their children Mary C. (8) and Thomas (3), and servant Ellen Gardener (14). Ann James (34, upholstress born Chelsea) was visiting. There is no mention of Andrew (about 6) or Ann (less than 1 year old).
1881. The census taken at Adelaide Tavern, Hampstead, Middlesex lists Fredrick J. Vinall (33, licensed victualler, head of establishment), four members of staff, Fred. Vinall (7, born St.Pancras), Florence Vinall (5, born St.Pancras), Willm. Tilbury (58, brass worker, born Marylebone) and Eliz. Tilbury (57, born Marylebone).
1883. William (61), a retired Brass Founder, died at 46 High St, Ramsgate. He had had a carbuncle for 14 days and septicaemia for 36 hours. His son-in-law Alfred Arnold (husband of Elizabeth) was present at the death.

Born 2 Jun 1842 and baptised 1 Jan 1843. On 3 Sep 1858 Mary Charlotte married William Simpson Key of Belgravia. They had 8 children.

1868. Andrew married Jane Demetrius of Surrey on 14 May. They had 5 children, all born in St.Pancras:

1901. Census for 57 Liverpool St., St.Pancras, records: Thomas (54, Brass Finisher), wife Letitia (53) and children Frances L. (37, mantle tailor/saleswoman), Elizabeth (30, mantle tailor/saleswoman), William (29, cabinet-maker), Thomas F. (27, engineers' toolmaker), Florence (23, milliner stockkeeper) and Ethel (20, commercial clerk).
Ann Jane (1850-1889)
Born 24 Feb 1850, baptised 31 Mar 1850. Ann Jane married Frederick John Vinall on 9 Jul 1865 at All Souls [records also show marriage to Frederic John Pinall 7 Sep 1865 at St Pancras]. They had 6 children. Ann died 24 Mar 1889 at Hampstead and in 1897 Frederick married Antoinette Vandervelde.
Baptised 27 Jun 1852. Elizabeth married Alfred Arnold of Westminster.
